"The Trumpet is the meanest sonuva bitch there is"
-Roy Eldridge
I started playing trumpet in Spain when I was about seven or eight, after being obsessed with the instrument for years. From then on, a huge part of my focus was dedicated to perfecting my skills and honing my love for the instrument, despite the challenges it threw at me.
Luckily, whether I was living in Spain, California, Oklahoma, or Boston, I was able to find great teachers who were willing to share their passion for music and the trumpet with me. This has pushed me to become the musician I am today, where I hope to continue that legacy and forge my own career with my love of music.

"I can only play the trumpet and sing. This is my life, until I can't breathe."
-Chet Baker
I enjoy listening and playing all kinds of music, as variety is what makes life interesting. However, over the years I have found myself mostly playing jazz and classical music, as both have rich histories with long avenues to explore.
My main influence has been the cool tones and soft voice and tone of Chet Baker, who I still, years after I discovered him, listen to very closely for guidance and inspiration.
